What is Revoleap?
Revoleap is an AI-native transformation firm, founded in 2026. We help established companies rebuild around what AI now makes possible — and then run the result. We advise, build, and run: the strategy, the engineering, and the operations, delivered by the same people.
What does AI-native transformation mean?
It means rebuilding a company's operating model around AI as the foundation, rather than adding AI as a feature bolted onto how the company already works. The concrete shift is from AI inside the workflow (Level 2) to a workflow redesigned around AI (Level 3) — where jobs, decisions, and org shapes change and AI is the substrate.
How is Revoleap different from a traditional consulting firm?
We are engineer-led, and the same senior partners are in the room from the first conversation through to a running system. We don't hand advice to someone else to implement — the thinking, the building, and the operating come from the same people. We work on engagements, not parallel proof-of-concepts, and we leave clients owning what we built together.

Where is Revoleap based?
Engineering hubs are in Jaipur (our headquarters) and Coimbatore, India, with client teams in Bengaluru, Gurgaon, and Mumbai. Made in India, for the world.
How does an engagement begin?
