When you browse
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request information such as IP address, requested page, browser information and time of access to deliver and protect the website. Fonts are served directly from our website; loading them does not require a request to Google Fonts. This website does not include advertising pixels or cross-site marketing trackers.
When you contact us
The contact form collects the details you enter: your name, work email, company and, optionally, your role, area of interest and message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work. The form sends to our server-side endpoint, which validates the request and forwards accepted enquiries to our Formbricks account. Email enquiries are handled through our email provider. We do not automatically add enquiries to a marketing list.
Form verification and security
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the contact form against automated abuse. It processes browser and request signals to perform that verification. A verification token accompanies the submission and is checked on our server. Please do not include passwords, confidential customer records or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
Browser storage and measurement
The website does not set an advertising cookie or store a theme preference. Cloudflare services may process information needed for security and abuse prevention. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled by our hosting configuration, it provides aggregate site measurements without advertising cookies. Browser settings can restrict storage and external requests, although doing so may prevent form verification from working.
Service providers and retention
We share information with the hosting, security, form and email providers needed to operate these services; we do not sell personal information. Providers may process data in countries outside your own. Enquiries are retained for the conversation and our ordinary record-keeping period, typically up to 24 months, unless a longer period is needed for a continuing engagement or a legal obligation.
Your choices
You can contact privacy@revoleap.ai to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have shared with us, or to ask about its handling. We assess requests under the laws applicable to the request and may need to verify your identity. You can use hello@revoleap.ai instead of the form.
